Microcredential Approval Process for Project Teams and Club Activities
1. Students who wish to receive microcredit for 'Student Club' or 'Project Team' activities will apply through Kepler.
2. Subsequently, task assignments will be made to club and project team advisors via Kepler for advisor approval. Each student application will trigger a Task Assignment email to your advisors. The process management system can be accessed via the link in the email or through the Kepler application.
3. Advisors will take necessary actions based on the student's status through ITU Kepler > Process Management Application > My Tasks section:
- If the student is actively involved in the club/team and has participated in at least 30 hours of activities during the spring semester, please mark 'Approved' for the student to receive microcredit.
- If the student has not been actively involved in the club or has not participated in at least 30 hours of activities, please terminate the task with a reason for ineligibility.
